Mr. Fagan is the National Sales Director for APX Energy, LLC, and manages the Company’s relationships with selling broker-dealers and registered representatives. In his career, Mr. Fagan has participated in raising over $300,000,000 for oil and gas related investments, including drilling and lease acquisitions. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Fagan was the National Sales Director for a sponsor of oil and gas programs, and the President of Fagan & Rawlings. Earlier in his career, Mr. Fagan was a registered representative for Raymond James Financial Services. Mr. Fagan holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses and is a registered representative of the Managing Dealer.
