Mr. Donnelly is the Vice-President of Sales for APX Energy, LLC, and serves as liaison between the Company and selling broker-dealers. In his career, Mr. Donnelly has participated in raising over $200,000,000 for oil and gas related investments, including drilling and lease acquisitions. Mr. Donnelly holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses and is a registered representative of the Managing Dealer. Mr. Donnelly is a graduate of Ohio State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science specializing in Financial Planning.
